- Items that weigh less than 1kg will be sent by either First Class or Second Class, depending on what is selected by the customer. Items over 1kg will automatically be sent by Courier.
- Items sent internationally (those outside the UK), will be sent by Royal Mail. Items up to 2kg will be sent by Airmail, unless the Courier option is selected by the customer. Orders over 5kg will be sent by Courier. Royal Mail orders cannot be tracked.
- All gift certificates and promotional offer codes and discounts can only be used once per order (unless otherwise stated).
- Items purchased through BuyAcupunctureNeedles/www.BuyAcupunctureNeedles.com are generally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being made. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within 7 working days, we will advise you by email and will offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email with confirmation of the dispatch method.
- If for any reason a product should break while in transit, post the item back to us with its original packaging and we'll dispatch a replacement and refund your postage costs.
- Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost (excludes postage). Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven working days.
- If an order fails to be delivered, we will resend the order once an additional postage fee has been paid. If the additional postage fee is not paid, we will refund the order minus the initial postage fee.
- If for any reason your order is lost or received with items missing, we will dispatch a replacement.
- When ordering goods from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.
